1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Tennis Management application (hereinafter "Application"). By accessing or using the Application, you (hereinafter "User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Application.

2. Description of Service

The Application provides tools and functionalities to assist in the management of tennis-related activities, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Scheduling and managing tennis court bookings.
• Organizing and managing tennis events and tournaments.
• Tracking player statistics and performance.
• Facilitating communication between players, coaches, and clubs.
• Providing access to tennis-related information and resources.

The Application may offer both free and paid services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or feature at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

• To access certain features of the Application, you may be required to create a user account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary.
• You must be at least 15 years old to create an account. If you are under 15, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. User Content

• You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or transmit through the Application (hereinafter "User Content").
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and distribute your User Content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Application.
• You agree not to post or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
• We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove User Content that violates these Terms.

5. Payment and Subscription

• If you subscribe to any paid services, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• We reserve the right to change our subscription fees and billing methods at any time.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

• The Application and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws.
• You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application or its content without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application, if any.

9. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Application or by sending you an email.
• Your continued use of the Application after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovak Republic.
